For those who visit the Marina or a regular basis you will see a new addition, a Blue Metal Container anchored to the concrete slab next to the Porta-Pot location. The container now holds the supplies needed in case of an oil or fuel spill. For those who are curious, there are two 25 foot floating Oil Retention Booms and approximately 100 2'x2' Oil Absorbing Pads. Other supplies will be added as we get more direction from the Maryland DNR. Additionally, the current locks will be changed to locks that may be opened by the Marina Key as soon as is practical.
