Anyone can view the discussions on this forum but you can only post comments if you register.  However, certain rules and standards must be followed.

Forum Rules:

1.      All posts are moderated.  This means that when you post a message, it will not be visible to others until it has been approved by a moderator.  This will ensure that posts adhere to these rules and will prevent spam messages.

2.      Anonymous posts are not permitted.  All registered users must include their address (only visible to moderators) and must include their first and last names in the Signature field.  Non-resident property owners should list the Hillsmere property in the Address field.  New registrations must be approved by a moderator.

3.      Only residents or property owners may post messages.  Moderators may permit exceptions to this rule if they feel it is appropriate.

4.      Profanity, inappropriate language, and personal attacks will not be tolerated.  Any messages violating this rule will be deleted.  Anyone who continues to violate this rule will be banned from the forum.

5.      All opinions are welcome. Any opinion presented in a civil manner is welcome on this forum.

It is our hope that this forum will become a vehicle for an ongoing exchange of ideas.  Properly done, it can bring our community closer together.  We have set up several sub-forums.  If you would like to see additional forums added then please let us know.  Thanks.
